  • 0-3 years of work experience in a recruitment role
  • Professional Qualification: MBA from a top ranked institute

  • Organize interviews as per schedules for respective clients
  • Coordinating with different levels of interview with clients.
  • Negotiate salary, generation of offer and finalization with candidates.
  • Prepare & maintaining database of resumes of candidates.
  • Maintain relationship with new/existing clients.
  • Handle end to end recruitment Process right from finding the talent pool to finalizing salary.
