  • Be the person next to CEO in terms of Business operations responsibility
  • Be responsible for P&L; for a section of Business
  • 10+ years of work experience in a recruitment role
  • Leadership experience mandatory
  • Professional Qualification: MBA from a top ranked institute
  • Should have excellent communication (email correspondence, client communication), Presentation, Relationship building and Negotiation skills
  • Self directed work style with minimum direction
  • Ability to work under pressure

Briefly, the responsibilities of the role shall spread across two areas:

Business Development: Be responsible for generating enough volume of new assignments month on month
  • Maintain Client relationships with existing clients and ensure steady flow of repeat business
  • Manage and mentor the Business Development Managers to deliver new client development targets

Operations:Be responsible for closing targeted value of assignments month on month
  • Plan assignment execution and work allocation amongst team members
  • Prioritize assignments abased on interaction with the clients after assessment of the chances of success and revenue contribution
