  • To ensure a pipeline of projects and clients to feed the operations team with steady stream of recruitment assignments
  • To assist the Director in delivering revenue and client satisfaction targets as set by the management of the company

  • Professional Qualification: MBA from a premier institute
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate business development
  • Should have excellent communication (proposal making, email correspondence), Presentation, Relationship building and Negotiation skills
  • Should be willing to travel extensively (mostly locally)
  • Self directed work style with minimum direction
  • Ability to work under pressure

Briefly, the responsibilities of the role shall spread across two areas:

Business Development (85%)
  • Identifies, negotiates and manages strategic relationships with Potential clients
  • Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients and their HR teams
  • Achieve annual business income targets, as established during the budgeting process;
  • Regular liasioning with director level people to develop and promote hCapital brand name
  • Negotiations and agreement signups
Operations (15%)
  • Analyze the client's requirements and discuss with specific team managers
  • Be a point of contact between the client and the team until such time that the first 2 offers are released
  • Guide the recruitment team in terms of best places to poach candidates, head hunting strategies, profile explanation, etc.
  • Troubleshoot the standoffs experienced during the process of recruitment
  • Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required
